It would probably be worth positing a simple, clear, concise guide here on HOW to participate. Most people here will read to page 2 of 889 of this thread and give up.

Wow.....been holding this coin for 2+ years and I miss out on the ICO because it launches in the middle of the night and sells out in 4 hours....cool........real cool.

I woke up in the middle of the night to get in. Every detail was displayed on the forums and social media not sure how you could have missed it. It even had a countdown timer. Like majormax said: It was expected that phase 1 would be on offer for 24 hours or so, but demand was overwhelming.

The OP has the the first phase set for 5 days? I obviously knew when the ICO started, how can anyone anticipate it to only last for 4 hours?!

There was a long countdown with timer. The limit was the amount of VRM available, and demand was much higher than expected.

First-come, first-served. The 350000 VRM total was cleary displayed. Like @Majormax said It was expected that phase 1 would be on offer for 24 hours or so, but demand was overwhelming.

Don't miss phase 2?   Not going to pay 10/vrc, I am done with this coin.

Very disappointing

Well, VRM was supposed to reward long term holders yet the first phase most likely was gobbled up by speculators who apparently don't sleep and will just dump later on. I have been sick lately so went to bed and anticipated the ICO for the morning.

Why did it go live 7pm EST on the 19th?

It's extremely frustrating to miss out and also see the price crash, it wouldn't surprise me if VRC price never gets above 20k again and the second phase of the ICO will be minuscule. Can't see any reason to hold this coin anymore after this, again very disappointing..
