There are solominers and non-public pools. Plus there's a 3rd public pool now listed in the OP. Either way, none of the pools have close to 50% of the hashrate right now.

ccex finally refund my pre-fork failed withdrawal

I'm admin of vrc.0feepool.com. A few days ago, vericoin has forked and our blockchain was gave up. We have fixed the wallet and send mail to all accounts in our pool.
