I always thought how NFD has the coolest Logo around of all coins- and only just now noticed that it says 'NXT fail distribution'

The Logo is still totally far out, but my question there is: Is this on purpose, or shouldn't it rahter be 'NFD - ...' ?

I mean in terms of NFDs history, even 'NXT ...' would make some sense, but the question begs itself Roll Eyes

That was the main intention to create this coin.

We thought about a new branding but at the moment I think it's not yet the time.
We are already loaded with much work for AT.
I believe it's a good time to think about a rebranding when we have finished AT implementation.
A working AT in mainnet would be a sign that we are grown up and a rebranding can support this statement.

the Logo is one of the coolest logos I ever saw! maybe change the wording, but please keep that, would be a shame to lose it!

I just issued another Asset, NFDMMXt. Unlike my others, this one will pay dividends. Every time MMNXT pays a dividend to the NFDMMNxt backing account, I'll pass it through by paying NFDMMNxt holders the fair value of the dividend in NFD.

But I'm also spread-trading MMNXT itself on the Nxt AE. Any profits I make doing so will be paid as a second weekly dividend to NFDMMXt holders each Sunday night, Eastern time.

The initial creator of NFD, the scammer have chosen the name.
We only took over it in a time where we had enough other things to do.
A second reason was that we already registered the domain names.

He's right. When you're thrown that kind of responsibility out of the blue, worrying about the name is pretty low on the list of your priorities.

The first pass-through dividend from MMNXT came in today, and I just sent out the NFD equivalents to the holders of NFDMMNxt. The amount that the NFDMMNxt_Dedicated_Account received this morning was 230.93089501 NXT; Tx ID 18362448331694644878. Using a Nxt price of 6000 satoshis and NFD's low ask of 2, the NFD equivalent to MMNXT's dividend is 692792.68503 NFD, or 27.7118 NFD per unit of NFDMMNxt.
