It's early to spend bitcoin now. I'm just using it for trading and investment. Anyway i don't have where to spend it in my country.
Let's hope the situation will be better the next few years.

Actually, I think I will prefer to hold my bitcoin than to spend it. In addition to that, if you hold your bitcoin there is a chance that you could become rich if you hold your bitcoin. I usually used my bitcoin in trading but most my bitcoin will be hold and I think I will wait for the right time to sell it.

I have used my BTC in the past to buy various items online where permitted. I haven't used it in a real life situation though.

I believe that a majority of bitcoin is used for strictly trading, very few people I talk to actually use bitcoin to buy things. Bitcoin is not currently feasible to make consumer purchases with because it usually takes upwards of an hour to clear and fees are high. Not to mention very few places that actually accept bitcoin.

While the number of businesses accepting it has grown, I doubt the people using it for daily purchases has progressed the same way. Even I'm closer to the 3rd choice here.

I don't think trading for other coins counts, does it? Almost everyone seems to be in it with the hopes it keeps going up and up.

bitcoin hoarding is not the major problem of bitcoin economy because its just normal for the person to save up and hoard their bitcoins just like money or fiats because they have some future plans with it rather the real problem that were facing now is the transaction fees which is verry high and expensive due to the fact that bitcoins value is also rising. yet im still hoping that devs can fix this issue soon.

I use bitcoin whenever i can. I just bought some game in steam with bitcoin. 
Btw what you say is true, bitcoin just needs to be accepted globally, i think this is the biggest goal bitcoin must achieve, because of that bitcoin can replace the function of fiat money, and slowly get rid of fiat money. Its should be happen in the future. Money in the future should be not an paper anymore, its digital. I bealive that sooner or later that time will come.
