But im still confuse, i will get QCN by valid share or by mining and just waiting the pool hit the block?

valid shares get paid, but blocks have to be produced or "mined" before any funds can go out.

if you submit valid shares during a round that a block is found then you will get paid for those shares once the block is confirmed.  i am not sure what minimum for po means??

So exchanges and online stores only create one wallet, this makes it easy on the server and even easier to fix issues with deposits/withdraws. So the only way to differentiate your deposit from my deposit, is the deposit ID.

I downloaded monero and Quazar and thanks to your readme it was possible to start those things.

I wonder a bit what the target people for this coins are since the setup and daily usage is rather user unfriendly and the different mining softwares very confusing.

For example which one you take when you want an up to date and fast standalone miner that you start with a batch file? Just that ..not more not less.

I figured that the blockchain synchronisation of monero after 1 or 2 days eats a significant lot of time.

Didn't read into that cryptonight or cryptonote thing but can it be that they did overdoo with security and anonymity on heavy cost of performance? Was that intendet that way or is it made so that it satys on CPU for a long time?
