Still no luck for me. Stuck with 12 XDN. Going by the current hashrate of the pool it takes around 12 minutes to mine a block ie. 12hrs for the payout. My estimate 15 hrs now..your pool estimate 24hrs now...no payout.

That's not how it works.
when a block is found it takes 60 more blocks for that block to be confirmed, once it is confirmed payout is sent.
the pools job is down at that point. 

Now once sent it may take a while to show up in your wallet, this has nothing to do with the pool, it took 24 hours for me to transfer to bittrex yesterday, this has to do with the network and the blockchain. 

as far as the pool goes all confirmed all payments go out after 60 block confirms, unless they are failed due to someone mining with an invalid address in which case I push out manually throughout the day.

Ok I get that but as per your pool its not even sent out after 24hrs. Showing up in my wallet is secondary. (until of course if you mean the stats on your page saying "Total Paid" derives by checking my wallet amount and not the pool payout?
