The main difference of Crypti is that it's actually a platform oriented at business and merchant space, enabling developers to launch new products and services on top of it using custom block-chains. NXT (or Qora for the matter) do not support custom-blockchains on top of the main one. You can create smart properties and assets, but they all will be working under same basic NXT protocol rules.

In case of Crypti, a developer will be able to launch a new blockchain, which while connected to main chain, could contain it's unique processing rules and capabilities.

We are looking into this option, centralized exchange trading (through 3rd party exchanges) will be available, dex (distributed exchange) might be possible as well.
The idea is to give a solid lean platform to developers make their own applications and services on top of Crypti, so in theory someone can even build one on top of a custom block-chain.

I suggest you can announce asset on NXT platform for IPO.

Currently we don't plan to do it, as these kinds of limits are easily bypassed by multiple accounts anyhow.
