Update instructions
Delete blk0001.dat, blkindex.dat and peers.dat before launching version 1.3.0.0 if you come from any 1.2.x (or prior) version.

Minimum time of 5 days is ignored and the actual time is 8.8 days. No stake will be generated under that timeframe. To be fixed.
