I am expressively addressing your claim that he somehow scammed people, when did not. Nobody lost their money, NEM or tokens. All that occurred was popularity hoaxing, which is a common marketing technique employed by new coins and even real world products & companies. Is it ethical? No. Is it everyday reality much like we breathe oxygen? Yes.
Maybe for you. Maybe you live in a world where decaying ethics reign supreme over truth and honesty. I don't.
OF COURSE UF SCAMMED PEOPLE!!!!! He LIED about his own activities, about the nature of the distribution, about his intentions... FOR MONTHS!!!!!
STOP PRETENDING THIS IS DECENT, ORDINARY HUMAN BEHAVIOR!
IT IS NOT!!
You just want to drag the rest of civilization down into the low moral crevasse that you inhabit. Cut it out.
