Be patient, man, IPO can start in this week definitely, read the thread carefully, so many guys are waiting to send BTC to DEVs, not just you.

There are 2 things we are still working on before we feel comfortable starting the pre-sale.
First, we want to ensure the details of the escrow are set in stone, agreeable to all, and that the escrow will be an easy process. We want the actual pre-sale to go as smoothly as possible for the investors and that means ensuring the escrow is set up perfectly. That includes reviewing the 10% max cap per investor to determine if we are lowering it.
Second, we need to finalize the pre-sale ledger. This is a custom site being built to show addresses that have invested, how much their current percentage is based on total currently invested, how much they would get if the pre-sale ended today, and will allow investors to see exactly what they are currently slated to get in the launch. For this to work, it has to function with the wallet address for Maxmint, as well as the API provided by DGEX. This is in development and should be available prior to the pre-sale launch or very shortly after.
While we are working on finalizing escrow details (which we have the final drafts complete), and some of the development team is working on the ledger, Boris and others are finalizing the PoT nodes for the test users who will be helping test the forging mechanism when it is ready (possibly 1 week). They also implemented the transaction fee reduction algorithm in the most recent updated release of the wallet, which was on our pre-sale checklist.
