Remember, Roger Ver offered a bounty of 37 btc for the head of his hacker and that was already a lot of money. A friend of the hacker wanted to turn him in for the money though police cut him first.
With this amount unforeseen forces could be set in motion.

Supposedly some of the funds have already been frozen on Bter.
That makes me think the hacker wasn't nearly as smooth as he should have been to get away cleanly.
Roger's case was a bit different just because in many ways he is a celebrity. But Klee's case is has a crazy bounty. I'm thinking two weeks tops before the bounty is paid.
