19 cents looks like good level for bottom in this correction, however in case of XEM liquidity is the problem to proper estimate probability of this 19cents level, some furious downmove in broad cryptomarket, can produce deeper correction, and news like attack on Iran by Trump administration combined with israelis satanists can destroy even our expectations. Energies are changing every day, however Ace of Cups says that peaceful way is now more probable. So be careful in your investments/speculations. Play with only that, what You can afford to lose.
edit/ 10th December, my cards of tarok had wright this time (4 wands shows days of correction, card Sun XIX has showed bottom in cents and there is bounce from around 19 cents (18,5 in Binance, Bittrex and Polo similar level after recalculation from XEMBTC). For now my cards suggest that upwave should last 7 days and reach 11 cents higher price compared to 19cents, so around 30cents (card 7 wands and King of Cups with value 11, but in tarok sometimes value is tricky same as time i write this only for fun, not a trading advice!)

yep its always problem with question how to turn off selfish wishes and be neutral. Tarok or Tarot helps me only to describe my internal premonitions. I use generally

19 cents was tested one more time and now we have spike to 24 cents, it looks like this predicted by me and cards 30 cents (or even 40cents because of King of Cups have sometimes numerical value 4, and i declared before i drew this card, that cups means 0.1$) may come true, let us observe in patience.
It's not the first time, when pump starts after 0:00 GMT, someone collects XEMs steadily, and dont care for price in cents, maybe he or she awaits price in whole dollars
