Oh my god, it's rare nowadays to see a such premined coin 

There are 2 reasons for the premine. First we need collateral to offer businesses to accept titcoin payments. A huge chunk of the premine will go to paying them off. The second is to creat market stability. For at least the first month we will be majority shareholders. Since we are not planning to dump the coins, it should stabilize the value over a period of time. Similar to stocks.

The small premine was described in the prelaunch post, this morning we also opened up a premine for early supporters, which is everyone who was on the mailing list at 6pm this morning.
All one had to do was to subscribe on our mailing list which was to thank our forum supporters on bitcointalk, cryptocointalk, facebook and twitter.
This was all explained in the pre-launch post on several forums, the twitter and the facebook page.

The coin is mining well.  The proposed business model is what I find an attractive proposition.  The Vice article proposes a plan that I find credible.  If they move on this quickly they could easily beat bitcoin to the punch.  After all there are numerous epayments systems, accepted by various vendors. We will see who can conquer this market which is tech savvy first.

 The stats on this pool titcoin.slugmonkeypool.net does not seem to be updating.  Are they just behind or should I be moving my miner?

at the moment, multiple pools are having difficulties. On Cryptocointalk most of the miners seem to be moving to ispace.
