btw.. if anyone has any suggestions how how they think we should proceed feel free to spit them out. They will be read. Majika just wants what's best for Aero. I think he's been thinking over a bunch of possible paths on where to go from here. Any feedback will be considered, and I wouldn't be surprised if you guys are asked to pitch in your opinions on various possibilities he has already started to come up with.

It pains me to see all the issues which i have caused, albeit for whatever perceived good intentions or reasons they were, its still pain which I have caused.
I have let you down. I have lost your confidence and i have lost your trust.
This is/has truly not been my intention. I would very much like to put this whole "mess" right. But in-order for me to be able to do this to the best of my
ability I need your help.

I apologize for the way this all turned out, and I admit that it was a badly decision by me.
Trust is the most important thing, and all I want right now is to restore your trust in me.

The crowdfunding campaign was created because a friend of mine owns 1,500 ATMs, and I had the opportunity to get Aero used on those with the proper funding.
after watching a new coin with similar white paper as aero get 2000btc with out single line of code..i got overly excited.
The huge detail I forgot was that the community had been waiting for a product almost 4 months.
When you are so close to things like I am, it's easy to get caught up in things and not see the reality of it all.

Therefore I am closing down the IPO.
The funding will not happen, and ATM's will not be a reality right now.
However, myself and the team are working on ways to get funding without asking the community.
Meetings with different investors has been set up, and we will try our best to make it a reality.

I need to know what you all think is the best way to proceed. I only want what is best for you all, I always have and I always will !

However, I have a problem which i hope you all take on-board and that is the new blockchain which was planned to take over the role from the
AERO block chain is superior in terms of its spec for the AeroME platform.
 
If this means doing a coin swap at a new ratio or whatever ratio you guys decide, its the new AeroME (AM) blockchain which will help me to continue
my work best.


Ideally this is what best should happen

Coinswap will happen on the 20th december, at bittrex.
All 12 million coins will go to the Aero holders. Meaning a ratio of 1:1.66 (1 Aero gets you 1.66 AM).
The coinswap has to be done due to some technical desisions which were briefly explained above. However, The updated AeroME coin (AM)
has been developed with some included "hooks" for my calls to the blockchain which AeroME platform will leverage. These API calls are needed
 for the platform to carry out blockchain operations from within the AeroME platform GUI. These has been a number of improvements in way
the nodes have been setup and have deployed DNS SEED techniques which have a much higher degree of reliability and flexibility than the
previous AERO daemon/network

However, If a consensus cannot be made on how best to proceed, I will do whatever it takes to make this right.

It was just me being overzealous and eager to get us something which was really special and above and beyond all our expectations.

This is still my goal "to give you something special" and if this means "we" have to revisit this ipo again at some other date I will ensure i am able to
include you all in the decision making process.

Please Always remember I have done what i done with only the best intentions. I truly did not mean to cause you harm and distress.

Finally, I have re-instigated a dialogue with the Bittrex team to see the options available regarding time frames for decisions on any corrections which
will be made. And to see what new terms (if any) will need to be agreed upon. 

The last thing I wanted was to be looked at like a scammer, and it makes me feel horrible that some people belive that.
I will do my best to restore your faith in me, and the first thing I am gonna do to accomplish that is releasing AeroME.
The coinswap needs to happen first, but after it I will publish an announcement on the release and KryptoLyding will start of a twitter campaign to create
awareness.

Finally,  I did not have anything to do with any price changes in the run up to this ipo announcement, this would have been counter intuitive in respect to the terms which myself and the bittrex team were negotiating at the time. Furthermore The Bittrex Team are very stringent on what i could and could not do. The guys over in Bittrex are all fair and also mindful about issues such as these. Please understand Bittrex team pointed out a number of issues which I was expected to face and they were right.

im back... Dev, Its a good move, and im sorry if I doubted your intentions... Personally i think ATMs are a great idea. How big is the window for Aero ATMs? Is it something that could happen a year from now? Also Ill donate right now to an Aero ATM fund... I want to make that happen, but keep us in the loop... Let us know, and build the hype to something like that, I would of promoted the fuck out of it. Also just bought 50k more aero, and never sold during all the news... i belive in this project

If the extra coins go to the an ATM fund then I would be ok with that. How does that work? do I buy AeroME and theyre worth 2.5 Aero? if thats the case then I would actually buy some...I dont think thats a bad price and im happy to help fund the project as long as I dont lose any coins...

Side note, destroying coins does not reduce the listed total supply in things like coin market cap.. it just destroys them. I do not think there is any good in doing this.

Im all for crowd funding by adding more coins, I really want to make Aero ATMs happen. It was the fact that my coins were going to be cut by more than a half and the total coin count was going to double... and there was a chance that the IPO could fail... It had me nervous. If its just upping the coin count to help dev move projects along then ill buy my fair share...

From what I understand it's going to be 12 mil no matter what. The new coin has already been made. Places like coinmarketcap will show us as having 12 mil total coins. It's just a matter of do we destroy any, and how many do we allocate proportionally to the holders, and how many to the dev. My vote is we keep 12 mil because I don't want investors seeing something like 7.5 mil in the thread and 12 mil on coinmarketcap and asking about it every time we get a new guy. Our coins would go up proportionately with the supply. I also think 1 mil of the 12 mil is a fair premine to ensure we have a dedicated developer that wants the price to go up just as badly as we do, and has the funds to keep doing just that. So.. that's where I stand on this.

IPO is stopped and all coins go to the holders.
Coin-Swap happens so we can get on the improved blockchain.

We have set up meetings with different big investors to convinence them about our ATM deal.
So this big opportunity is still a reality.
The way we are gonna get those investors is by selling them Aero from our own pockets (Mainly myself).
That way they will get a large stake in Aero and can spit in the money needed for funding the ATM deal.
Some might ask; Why would they just give away money to fund this?
Because they will earn more from it then the funding will cost them.
This ATM deal is not something everyone can do, it is only because of the contact that we have the chance in the first place.

If someone's not sure if the ATM deal will bring to much to Aero, trust me, it will!
And now current holders dont have to suffer because of it.

Giving Majika Aero-Development-Fund.

As Kirk is proposing under here, I fully agree on this.
Majika is currently the main man for Aero, and keeping him motivated is really important.

Don't get me wrong, he is still motivated.
But factor in the circumstances, used last 6 months to develop, used up almost all the Aero he holds to keep doing it. And struggeling with bills, food, etc..

Giving him a piece for his work will ensure every holder that the dev will be 100% motivated and positive.
And we are talking about giving him a stake in HIS project. I think it is totally fair that the guy behind the work should earn on it.
This way he will be motivated to get the Aero price up, so his holdings are worth more.

I see 500k has been suggested under here, if I can come with a suggestion myself, I like an easy percentage when it comes to stuff like this.
Therefore I suggest 5% of the supply, 600k.

Hope many others can come with their suggestions and we can get a vote up in this thread on how much the community wants to give him from the 12 million AM.
