I think dev should be more aggressive and present on irc channels of these exchanges.. direct contact.. others devs are worst in develop a Coin but maybe they are better on make it profitable

Dev i hope you understand that if this Coin won't hit a big exchange within 4-5 days, this will be a died Coin because miners cannot work mine for free for too days.. if any exchange will appear soon, we all will give up this project, so C-cex and bittrex will have a real motivation to not add ccb..
