No second POW phase, just update wallets on exchange and go on with developing and supporting the coin like first dev should have done.

New POW might bring some new investors, but any bagholder will flee as it will dilute even further the value of the coin.

Just leave it like that and try to make it worth of people's interest again

Coin value is little now, you can buy for cheap on bittrex, it's much more profittable than mine it now
