Quick question everyone, I read AltCoinHerald's article which shows that there is a 7 Day PoW period, ~~at which point I'm guessing FreshCoin switches to PoS, however the OP states that FreshCoin is purely PoW? So is FRESH, PoW/PoS or just PoW?~~

EDIT : I see that FRESH is at block 13 196 now, and after block 10 001 there will around 4 Million FRESH distributed over 10 months, and after all the coins are mined, PoW will still remain albeit for transaction fees. Is that correct?

Probably because the miners weren't optimized when it first appeared but since it is optimized, so it uses the GPU to it's full potential.
