"Jr Member/Newbie: Not allowed"

Probably due to the fact that there are far too many Jr Members Newbies that will just take advantage of this and get to the Jr Member level and then stop posting or very rarely post .

Because in terms of linkage they're useless. A member with 300 posts delivers continuing 300 links through older topics that might be searched by visitors and on top of that the newer posts. A jr member has only a few posts to offer
