I am not visible in global bitcoin nodes! why?

Even after downloading the entire blockchain with bitcoin-qt, I wish my node , my place will be lit in this globe..but the entire India looks dark without any bitcoin nodes.

So what is wrong here or what am i missing?what should i do to highlight my node in that globe?

I'm not on there, either. Blockchain.info's client doesn't connect to every single node on Earth, just a very large handful.

I'd guess India's dark because Blockchain.info doesn't have nodes operating around there.

Its a crawler. So depending on its speed you will only be listed if you are up for certain time or by pure luck.

https://getaddr.bitnodes.io/ shows nodes in India and many other countries other than the US or those in Europe.
