no, the property of mtgox (EG serverdomain namecode )is automatically property of the trustee and part of the bankruptcy assets. but karpeles's secret hoard, now that he is not 'mtgox' (the trustee is mtgox) means karpeles doesnt have to hand over that missing 600,000 coin he hoards.

The notice means that if anyone is holding any property of the BANKRUPT ENTITY, that it should not be returned to that entity!
Implies that the court should be notified and the control of the property be given to the court.
The trustee is NOT Mtgox!
The trustee CONTROLS Mtgox, its assets, etc.
The notices does NOT mean that Karpeles cannot be forced to surrender any and all property that he owns or controls.
This is a standard order in bankruptcy proceedings and I suspect because of other problems in the English version of the notice, that much was lost in transaltion.
