I can't believe how childish this community reacted to monero's situation. Something similar can happen to any coin out there, even xst!
+1. Seriously- either wishing bad things upon, or celebrating the misfortune of any coin is not what these forums are for. Past couple days all I read about here is XMR, not XST. I think it is pretty shitty the way some members continue to bash other coins-you aren't helping ANYONE with that crap.
Unless you're plain litecoin bitcoin clone with some parameters adjusted, it's almost certain there will be yet undiscovered attack vectors and flaws. The more new features there are the more likely it is. If a coin becomes popular enough, these flaws will be found. How feasible these flaws will be to exploit will vary though.
