The crons payed 2 times the miners for some blocks , so now the payouts is disabled , i need to delete those double payouts and to be just 1 , it will take some times , when i finish delete those double payouts i will enable back the  payments.
After i resolve this problem and pay all the miners i will take the pool down. For the moment i can not answer to your questions because i want the solve this problem how fast I can.
