That's annoying and it's stopping people buying. I don't see the point unless you want to keep the price below it to rebuy.
It can be annoying, it's most likely someone who bought at 10k, 300% profit is good.
Or it's someone pushing the price down to get cheaper coins?
Personally I wouldn't sell at the current value, I think it's around $0.15 which is way too cheap.
