 Agreed about posting on burstforum, but the "deferred pile" he is referring to, simply means that you've been put in a "pending" group to be paid once you've hit over 300 BURST. We limit the payouts so that you don't have to pay a 1 BURST transaction fee on a small payout. It wouldn't make sense to payout 5 when your fee would be 1, that's 20% of your payout. You will receive a payout once you hit 300+ BURST in your pending balance.
