the remain 2500 i cant get out, i get an 'withdraw error' on both withdraws to own an to bittrex
im selling now and buy back on bittrex

Your withdraw issue makes sense. I've had this problem with AMP when people were withdrawing it to swap to RHOC.
The way exchanges work is they don't have all the coins in hot wallets. Only like 20% or less. So when people all withdraw to bittrex today the wallet gets emptied and they have to refill it.
You should be able to withdraw again soon.
This is a good sign that the wallet got emptied. It means holders would rather keep their XMG and moved it off poloniex instead of selling it.

I had a few thousand XMG on Polo, lets hope they sort it out - still no info so far - I have a 0% success rate in response from polo support so far

100 xmg (to own wallet) perfect
100 xmg (to own wallet) withdrawal ERROR
250 xmg (to own wallet) withdrawal ERROR

With loads of withdrawal, they might have insufficient funds in their live wallet and need to move more from their cold-storage to their live wallet.

I haven't been able to withdraw my xmg yet and still no reply from support
