Everything ready? Launch on time?

I'm not trying to FUD, but I found something interesting between this dev and clustercoin's dev.

clustercoin dev: December 15, 2013, 12:20:34 AM (during January, he posted 4 times) and then posted again on  May 22, 2014, 07:54:42 PM
Actually, what makes me doubt is that they posted in the same pattern-----giveaway threads, nothing about technique...  I know some guys doing this kind of things. They spam the thread to upgrade the account and then sell it.
Maybe I'm wrong and it's just coincidence.
But I really wonder how can people who never talk about true stuff develop an innovative coin?

Launch is in about 6 hours from this post.

We are not related to ccluster coin or any other coin devs. This started as a project between 3 friends. To further make ourselves more transparent to the community, the three of us will be using separate forum accounts to communicate shortly after today's launch.

I just don't understand why the IPO still running after the POW phase launch?

The second phase is more of an incentive for investors who wish to buy in to buy in during phase 1. We initially did not intend on making a second phase but realized in the case we do not hit the exchanges within the first week of launch, other people who may have missed phase 1 can still buy USE at (what we consider) to be a relatively low rate. We do not expect our IPO coins to be sold out at all, our initial goal was to be able to reduce the max. supply as much as possible, we will be able to do so by destroying any unsold coins from our IPO, as well as any remaining coins that are not claimed from our free distribution pool.
