So, if i have some unconfirmed coins after fully synced, what do I need to do? I ran in console repairwallet, I get my response back as "wallet check passed" : true, but they are still uncofirmed.

They are probably not there. That's probably relic from other fork i have 147.83 unconfirmed coins right now. You probably got those coins already.
In other situations caused by the fork occuring the coins should be at your wallets, or at the ecxhange you withdrawed them from. Trouble could appear if somebody unknown, or third party paid you something at time, or after time of fork - he would get these coins back.
