Nope nobody does, even the DEV is awaiting a reply from Bittrex.

We will hold the funds in escrow for 3 days - at which time, we will release the funds.

No that's a quote from the main post.
Indicating that Bittrex would hold the ICO funds in escrow for 3 days, until they would release it which would be after trading launches, which is today.

Interesting, watching.

Don't mail support@zendesk! They are not the people you want, trust me.
I accidentally emailed them requesting an e-mail change for my account, yup massive slip up there. (gave all my info as Bittrex requires that for changes to accounts)
If I were you I'd join the IRC chat #Bittrex on freenode.
And yes I'm aware that's the email they give you on their contact/support page I don't know why it's there either.
