i think in wallet would be something realy special unique and comparably easyto implementwhile a website version is something other coins have , if it would take up too much time you should not do the website version

for the in wallet crowdfunding thing you could put a % of total supply info (for bitstar payments) , the guy from nxt developing for dark just got a big number of the total coin supply and then started to pump features in the coin now he has tons of money , someone doing something big for bitstar could get a big % of coins and so make tons of money while helping the comunity and raising the price
