Actually this is very old issue, if I am not mistaken, you can use blockchain which is you only need to spend one time tx fee. And you can split the numbers that you want to bet. For examples you place 20 bets with only X amount of fee or even 50 bets. Its up to you but I can assure you that it is one time fee so you do not need to spend that much fee on every single bet here
blockchain.com as wallet don't let us send multiple outputs nowadays, on the last update they made this feature was gone, the right wallet for this is electrum wallet, if we use the same betting addy multiple times as output we will place multiple bets on a single transaction, this is the way to save some money in fees while we have fun.

That's only possible if you have a bigger bankroll. It's a good solution if you want to spend less on miner fee but overall you're still spending way too much on miners fee since you have to send the amount back to their address every time you want to play. After each bet is played there would be another deduction because they have to send it back to the sender's address making it costly to play on chain.
You do not need bigger bankroll to play on here but still you need to play at least 0.001 to hit the max payout on the red one, so bankroll does not really affect here. But still it is a one time go for dropping this balls right? Lets see you have 0.1 btc to spend so you just need to divide it into 100 balls, even if it cost some fee it would not be that much
