Because not every part of the world have the capacities to download a regular wallet or have access to a cryptocurrency exchange but they have twitter on their Blackberry, Android and iPhone. I was trying to offer the team behind this coin an opportunity to reassure the bag holders and back up their vision of world wide adoption.
