clarification:
since some assets have no decimal places it isnt possible to send out a fraction, so in addition to the 1 NXT limit, there needs to be a minimum possible limit based on asset decimals resolution.

there is still the FreeMarket holdings that was sent in for swap. No idea when that becomes tradeable and how it will be distributed out, but after today, NXTventure will still have a bit of value as a proxy token for its FreeMarket holdings, I think it will be a bit less than 1% of the ERC20 issuance.
