It could be related to the 2x wagering requirement before you are able to request withdrawal. If you feel that you have met the wagering requirement then it must be something wrong with the system (maybe because they are doing improvement). Have you asked about it with the live support? Usually the support is fast in answering about withdrawal issue.

I experienced some issues at your site the other day that eventually let me to not get a 0.15BTC or more profit.

I was playing Live Sic Bo and hade placed a few bets on 17 (pays out x50) and on double 6, 6+5, 6+4 and one a single 6 showing up.

Once the dices rolled there was an issue with one of them being up against the dome and the dealer could not clarify what number was the valid one so as such she called in a second dealer who would "reset" the round and start it over. Alright I thought and didn't get a refund of my bet so I figured my bet was staying on the same for the next roll as the previous one was considered "null and void". To my great happiness 17 came up, two sixes and a 5. I just made bank I thought (Believe I'd get more than 0.15BTC) but no profits were given out to me. A few seconds later I received my previous initial bet back.. I was extremely confused and a bit sad about that fact as I did feel a little bit cheated.

After reading up on some Sic Bo rules there seems to be a consensus that if a round is considered altered or having issues all bets will stay for the next roll.. but apparently not at your Live Sic Bo game?

Would like to get some clarification to this issue, that's all.

uh,expirienced so so many instances of bad connection (or I thought so)
till I read the topic and realised the 504 error I was getting was the site's problem,not my ISP or VPN
it was working but when I would switch to VPN it stopped working and then it didn't work when I connected through without VPN
I wonder is the wagering requirement of 2x the wager work if I play dice only?
