As for the recent price spike, I would guess it is connected to the rise of BTC. But that's just my personal opinion.

Apologies if this is a dumb Q; I feel like it is.
I was a bit rushed during setup.

Have foldingcoin setup and folding now...with Curecoin.
I have my Curecoin Wallet downloaded.

At one point it had me input my Curecoin address. So obviously coins can be routed there when applicable.
But the foldingcoin...I am generating these as well right?

Where is the "wallet" where this FLDC would be sent to.

Do I create a counterparty wallet? (they are down right now)

I've done many a POS wallet - FLDC is entirely different...sorry for the dumb q's.

If you are using a Windows machine you should try the Folding Browser (https://github.com/Hou5e/FoldingBrowser/releases). It's the official installer for earning both FoldingCoin & CureCoin and it will adjust everything automatically for you.

Can you please tell me the txid? I can only guess what went wrong, but I would like to be sure about it.
And my guess is that you put a very small fee for the tx, so no FLDC moved and the BTC will return to you minus a small amount. Last time I did that, it took more than a day for the BTC balance to stabilize.

https://bitcoinfees.earn.com/ provides a very good reference. Check the last column to see the estimated waiting time and decide accordingly.
I agree, it is very frustrating.

the fees are crazy, i tried to send some a few days ago at 40k sat which i was like it will probably take a while to go through but i dont care, well that didnt make it so i went up to 50k and it took a few hrs but went through however i sent it to my polo account but they didnt show the amount in my wallet so i opened up a ticket to get it resolved grrrrr
