You don't have to be online or anything. i just saw one of them go offline after posting it. So, i just told it. That is all. No posts are necessary and no need to be offline. But doing both is good for the campaign. That is all.

It already works like that. But the amount is calculated hourly, that is what i meant. It was supposed to run for just 6 hours. You took the last slot. but if you check the timing it is already over.
