1) DOES NOT SELL FOR PAYPAL , so even if you traded with him for sure  the feedback would be positive i have no doubt of your words  but it would not  make me change my mind using paypal as  now one can ensure me you would chargeback

2) i clearly state i accept paypal only from TRUSTED USERS , they have to inspire TRUST to ME  ... you must be either a very popular user here or one with a lot of feedbacks ... you simply cant just now register and BUM say you have traded with this or that and ask for paypal...
