For faster start, you can load and install microCoin database:
- Installer: http://microcoin.info/mrc/micro_blockchain.exe (Easiest and fastest)
- zip package: http://microcoin.info/mrc/micro_blockchain.zip
- Bootstrap.dat: http://microcoin.info/mrc/mrc_blockchain_bootstrap_2016_02_20.zip
Start installer, extract database files, or bootstrap.dat in microCoin roaming folder.

Tips:
If you have no space in your C: drive, you can change database folder path typing path in your microCoin.conf file.
Example microCoin.conf file in user roaming\microCoin\ folder and database placed in D:\microCoin\ folder:
datadir=D:\microCoin\
rpcport=15256
rpcuser=user
rpcpassword=x
rpcallowip=127.0.0.1
server=0
addnode=178.62.154.31:15256

yes. I noticed that too.
not sure if its because MRC have power to get any coin listed in alcurEX.
Or because its base currency on alcurEX.

I'm sure the plans are there, but they usually only add high volume coins

After microCoin start to be POS only coin, wallet was hard forged to the new one. Old coins was switched with 1:1 rate to the new microCoins.
After switching period, the rest of coins got burned out from network.
Im afraid you have not switch your coins and those are not included in microCoin network.
