2.Withdraw to wallet takes time more than 6 hours , only first week all payment done before 6 hours.
3.Only some users get paid

No need to accused this is scam , we all know how this works and everybody know the risk.
But for who join this Signature better search another Campaign than this.

Same happened here again ! HYIPS programs are only paid 95% of your investment then Admin of program stop paying .It means no profit there and you will every time in this kind of program ! Best thing is aware of this kind of program
