NEWS*

The domain mybitcointrade.com and the code has been sold to Viktor (Skype: viktor.nachajew ).
The transfer of the domain is still in progress, until this is finished, the page will stay in mainteance.
Account-data for the forum has been sold too (this is my personal last post).
The old team of mybitcointrade wasn't able to keep the project running under this circumstances (loosing users, bad reputation, etc.).
We're not very happy to do this step, but that many withdrawals in the last time and the replies in the forum didn't give us the power and the engagement to work on.

It gets better; If I understood correctly, later the alleged wife of OPSCHINKEN (ie, Ziggy) comes to the forum posting with the name "Deadly":

If anyone wonders why he suddenly "sold" the site to "viktor nachajew " (someone completely unknown to google and with a blank Skype profile), its rather obvious his ponzi was collapsing and he will try to shift blame for the payouts that arent going to happen to this viktor guy.

I did a little more digging for those that cant read german.

The skypename pretty much proves Ziggy == Opschinken.
Opshinken is also known as Slammed (aka Viper aka Crazy and safe to assume, aka his own widow, Deadly):

I wasnt worried while I thought this biz was in GER CH hands and running for more than a year. Not even when I read about "delays" in the payment. But now ... how are we not supposed to be worried. An anonymous "Russian" (This is no racism, but Russians have not the best reputation) jumps in after 4 days and "buys" the site. Even if the rest of the story is true, so no ponzi no payment problems just mtgox limits ... selling your customers to a Russian after 4 days is betrayal on your customer base. If this thing doesnt work out you can be sure to get sued...

Best of luck suing them. As I've pointed out over and over until I'm blue in the face, they never claimed your investment couldn't become worthless overnight simply because they decided to drop its value to zero. This is a Stock Generation style scam where the value of your investment is purely up to their whim. They raise the price arbitrarily to induce you to keep investing and reserve the right to reduce the price to zero any time they choose and keep all your money. This is what they *say* they'll do. And you guys still give them your money.

This isnt true for all their "projects". Read the first post, their so called bankbook was guaranteed. Most of the other projects have buyback guarantees. Of course, at much lower than face value so investors can still expect to lose most of their investment, but they should get back more than zero.
