Putting CK on an Exchange

We have started the process to put the Crypto Kingdom asset "CK" onto exchanges. The first step in this process is complete-The CKGAME Counterparty asset has been created and is live on the blockchain. It has been locked, and the issuance is forever set to 10,496,263.

The accounts ckgame and ckburn are created and will be used to hold the ck withdrawn from the game (ckgame) and the ck purchased with dividends from ckgame's ck (ckburn).

The next step is to start the withdrawal process for those who wish to store CK outside of Crypto Kingdom (for potentially putting on an exchange).  The process for this is to run the following command:

• give ck [amount] ckgame

Then notify Luigi that you wish to withdraw that amount, and provide him your Counterparty address. As soon as he can, he will send the corresponding tokens to you outside of CK, and the CK you sent him will be locked up and unusable while the tokens exist outside of the game. The operator will charge a fair flat fee to cover tx fees, not exceeding 2x the Counterparty fee (can change based on conditions and demand).

Next, we need to contact exchanges until we find one or more that want to list the CKGAME token. I have already started talks with tux, but there are others out there to consider as well. It should be noted that 250,000,000 monerito has been raised by donations so far to fund the search for an exchange. We are hoping to list without needing to pay an exchange, but it may be necessary. If you would like to donate, please send m to UFO (id #727). This is held by the king and should be considered secure.


Here's a reminder of the current system we've come up with for managing this in/out of the game:

• Create a CKGAME token in Counterparty with a number equivalent to the amount of CK in Crypto Kingdom (10,496,263).
• Appoint a depository manager in Crypto Kingdom who will hold a Counterparty account that contains all the CKGAME tokens.
• If a withdraw is requested, the player sends CK to the CKGAME account. At that point, the manager will withdraw the CKGAME token in Counterparty to the address provided.
• If a deposit is initiated, the manager will receive a deposit of CKGAME to their address and then verify with the player. Once verification is complete, the manager will GIVE CK [quantity] [player id].
• Dividends continue to work exactly the same. However, any CK -> CKGAME tokens that have been withdrawn will not be able to vote on CK matters or collect a dividend. Any CK held by the CKGAME account will receive a dividend which will then be used to buy CK on the Crypto Kingdom market. This CK will be given to the CKBURN account in-game, and the corresponding amount of CKGAME Counterparty token will be sent to the xcp burn address (1CKGAMEBURNiTALLxxxxxxxxxxxxeLDrH)

Diplomats sent to Sweden



Three Specialist (Lv. 3, 4 and 5) are dispatched to Sweden to meet with HH The Duke of New Liberty and ascertain whether a joint venture in Seafaring and RoadMaking can be reached. Each Specialist (from hence forth named Diplomat 3, 4, or 5) is given 500 SCI to perform their duties.

Diplomat 5 is given 500 SCI to oversea the operation and lend cause to whichever venture needed a helpful hand. The Diplomat is asked to watch over events and act as needed to make sure both measures are prosecuted with the utmost decorum and advantage.

Diplomat 4 is given 500 SCI to engage the Swedish Court in a discussion on procuring a mutually beneficial alliance towards the end of procuring the technology of Seafaring--the Diplomat is given instructions to offer a mutual trade alliance as a common point of interest. This Alliance would include Naval protections in waters controlled by either party, but would abstain from regional conflicts arising from war actions.

Diplomat 3 is given instructions to procure a joint venture towards the technology of RoadMaking. The alliance will also carry with it protections for Swedish goods traveling along Kingdom roads--this would include acts of war--as any road within the Kingdom should be under the control of the Lords, Ladies and King's of Our Land. This agreement would assume Swedish roads would be equally balanced in their protections--King's approval would be required for any addendums or peculiarities in this agreement.

The King wishes all Diplomats to conduct themselves with Princely decorum and with the utmost sensibility and sensitivities to the regional standards of etiquette and presentation--though are ordered to enjoy the local delicacies in all forms.

We now have CK on the dex!  If you want to check it out, create an acount on https://wallet.counterwallet.io. Once you're in, click on markets, and enter CKGAME/XCP as the pair you wish to view. This will bring up the market for this asset combo, as seen in the picture below.

What this means
People from outside the game can now purchase the same assets found inside Crypto Kingdom on the Counterparty decentralized exchange! This includes exchanges that may want to add our token to their list of assets to sell. If we can get a few more people to put up bids/asks for CK, we can have a real market. If you are interested in doing that, send your CK in-game to the CKGAME account, and contact luigi1111 and ask to withdraw CK.

If we used the same mechanism for the ck asset to guarantee virtual property rights by use of a blockchain token, would you use it? And if so, what items would you likely use it for?

what is exactly this interim-GM proposition that I read from the backlog in IRC?

My capability to GM right now is quite limited; I'm working on a start-up as well as finishing my dissertation, so my CK-time has been quite limited, albeit I try to arrange time. However, I've noticed that my interquantile range of responding to IRC and/or Thread seems to extend often between 4h - 72h, which can be difficult/too slow if immediate gamemastering is required. I even couldn't find time to fill my comsumption quest time for almost a week and missed quite a bit of health and happiness

I've done temporary GM-work e.g. in roleplay and organizing competition events, so those I know how to do, but those were rather simply motivated to keep audience's interest in the game while waiting for Clans.
