Yes. But in .conf file you have to put gen=1 line but we dont need .conf file here. Go to wallet console and type setgenerate true and hit enter, then job done. 

Being this is a POS only coin, there is no reward for finding a block correct?

If you want to set mining from .conf command then your conf file will look like this bro

rpcuser= it is set with a name
rpcpassword= it is set with a pass
rpcallowip=localhost
rpcport=****
server=1
gen=1

And about CPU, if you set it to mining then it will use your cpu power. There is no other way around.

ok, will leave it to generate it... (I was set the .conf file like u say). If u can tell me just how to low it only will be enaught or set it only to 1 core from my 3core CPU ...
If that will help to the network.. isn't problem, only to no take all my CPU power

Gen=1 is for generate blocks so it doesnt do anything to limit your cpu core and i have no exact idea how to set your 3 core cpu to mine with only 1 core, if i find any info on that i wil pass you later in PM. And dont worry about donation and english, im just like you  but thanks for your kind words. 

I do it and Thx for that suggestion, but if u use setgenerate=true 1  there u will get error, I use it w/o " = "  and it work in the debug->console, now I check the qt [command-line options], from where I write/build my .conf file to be right
