How many at the most transactions can have the block in a network Bitcoin?

Today in the block about 500-600 transactions what will be if in the block becomes we shall assume 10000-100000 transactions and how the commission on translation will grow up?

The maximum size of a block is 1MB, so it's going to depend on the individual sizes of transactions in the block.
