But not really sure how frequent Izanagi update the spreadsheet.

Izanagi (campaign manager) tends to update the spreadsheet once a week on a Sunday. If you haven't been enrolled after a few weeks I would suggest PMming Izanagi direct and then wait for a response. If a response is not recieved then remove the Signature from your profile.
