Thing is though, the banks are trying very hard to launch their own coin, which makes it harder for bitcoin to compete, since banks got a very large influence.

You need to think long term, otherwise you will get lost in your own mind. The revolutionary technology that is valued in trillions in the future, is always ahead of its time and people don't get after decades of its existence, so dont worry about people not using Bitcoin in 2016.

And what reason have to raise cryptocurrency today. What can it give to society in comparison with other currencies. People are not so much trained and have information to use bitcoin.

If I need to choose between e-curency (read governments and banks coins) and bitcoin (coin that use criminals for illegal goods) my choice is clear. Let all world become illegal place. If you trust your government blindly nothing good can come from that. Look around yourself, its big shit outside. If you justify this system, and fact that one man live good in EU or USA or Canada I don't know, but 20 others live in shit, and I don't wish to talk about children and how modern countries have full markets and others don't have clean water and one meal per day.
Bitcoin is not perfect solution, but it's better then current situation. Maybe bitcoin can help in connecting people, and equally distribution of wealth around the world.

you are right that future of bitcoin will be more bright , and i also hope more people will be using bitcoin in future because i feel that more people are getting awareness about bitcoin so bitcoin the future of bitcoin will be more stronger.

If that happen then a almost all of the people of the world will adopt bitcoin for their usage and with that bitcoin will get more success and banks and governments will also try to adopt it for their businesses and other matters etc. So bitcoin will become a global currency in the coming future.

Bitcoin is gaining trust day by day but its not an most trusted currency of people yet, as many people don't know how to use it and also feels risky to invest their money in it.
