You can only mine bitcoin, but you can choose between different pools.

You can choose which pool you want to support.
A good idea is to support the smallest one available, to avoid pool monopolies as much as possible.

i think zen have introduced cell phone verification...
so if you do not have cellphone you can not get 10ghash free..
