I guess you are using the service from the CMCC(中国移动), my cellphone that under CMCC network couldn't receive the confirmation code either, but it did works on my phone that provided by Unicom(中国联通).

Try to switch to a Unicom one, then you will get that code.

Have you tried the alternative "call me" feature instead of the SMS code feature? This button becomes active in about 30 seconds after you enter your password. Shortly after the button is clicked, you will get a phone call from our robot. It will then provide you the relevant account access code.

see i dont get it why do they have the sms text message, i am in the usa and i have 2 accounts my wife and me we have 2 different cell phone companies and she or i never get sms code always need a call.

yeah the call feature always seem to work i think what me and others are having problem with is we want to get text to be able to log in with our information but dont seem to get them
