- bank wire/transfer (SEPA/SWIFT)
- Western Union (depends on your country)
- e-wallets: Skrill, Paypal and other similar online payment services that allow bank withdrawals (ask first for instructions)
- Bitcoin exchanges (ask first for instructions)
- any other methods that involve transferring money into bank account

Also, if you need to load the card anonymously with Bitcoins I offer the service too.
