You're welcome to pick Escrow provider by yourself. However it has to be someone with good reputation here. I don't want to be scammed either. You're responsible for covering Escrow costs.

Is Australia exempt from the 50% refund or do you mean we can still get a refund with regular shipping?
Important information for people from Germany and Australia:
First of all you need to choose registered with tracking (if you want Escrow) because I need a proof for the Escrow. Please read below. I can send it with unregistered free mail but ONLY without Escrow.
Australia and Germany are an exempt from the 50% rufund AND reship. No matter the shipping method.
This is because Customs are much more effective in those countries (especially in Germany). They scan the parcels quite effectively. So if they discover the cigs they send you a letter and ask to pay tax. You can accept it, pay and have the cigarettes or refuse the parcel. No matter what you decide I'm not responsible for covering your loss.
So you can ask why the escrow? It assures you that I will actually send the cigarettes. I will provide the proof of doing that to the escrow service. In case the parcel is stopped you still have to release the money to me from the escrow. I'm not responsible for Customs for Germany and Australia.
Other vendors just don't agree to send to Germany/Australia. I give the possibility but you order ON YOUR OWN RISK ! Please don't leave negative feedback if something bad happens. I warned you.
Other countries are protected with my Refund OR Reship plan (only with tracking shipping method) together with OR without Escrow service. Delivery success rate is close to 100%.I ship worldwide including USA, Canada, Australia, Europe and Germany.
