    I'm not sure if this is really worth it because he often gets banned so quickly, but would it be worth placing a sticky in the newbie section to warn them about the www.spammer guy?  I've seen some newbies ask in the past if he was legitimate, and maybe it would be useful to create a sticky to warn others about him.  While this sticky may be a waste of space right now, we could add all future spam aliases/websites to the list if he or others try to get more creative.  He's already trying to get more creative by spamming in others' threads rather than making his own.

    I ban almost 4-5 of his accounts on a bad day, and like 2-3 on the average day. It's a wonder he keeps popping up undeterred like a whack-a-mole game. Did anyone try reporting his site to the VPS provider yet or is it hosted at Russia?
