Hmm could be True that you would not need a license when you allow only payments with your own coin...  I will try to gather some Information here..  But usually you need licenses for using the names  FC Barcelona etc

every betting site has license nr and where they got it from bitcoin betting sites doesnt have that check cloudbet and anonibet

You will not have any problems with license or something. It is a very good idea and I actually can help develop it (I have VAT registered company called Cryptoventures LTD) and I have no problems to put the name of it behind the coin. Some ideas for the name:
- Cryptobet
- Betcoin
- Odds

What's to think about?

- Create gambling website with football, poker, blackjack etc...
- Launch the coin.
